Hastings Electric is a wonderful company to work with. They scheduled an appointment with me outside of their operating hours. Provided excellent customer service. We purchased a Speed Queen washer, it is an excellent machine. If I could give more stars to the company I would, thank you for all of the help and getting us a washer the same day!!

They had exactly what I wanted. Carol was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. It was a very pleasant transaction and I would gladly deal with Hastings again. Also, I like that is a hometown business.

Absolutely fantastic service and prices. In the past six months we have replaced a refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer. All of those were purchased from a big box store that I will not name because I’m not here to slander. Needless to say, going local with people that genuinely care about their customers, their reputation and the power of word of mouth is your best bet. We were never pressured into buying the most expensive but we’re steered by their knowledgeable staff toward appliances that fit our needs. Deliver was done the next day and was seamless. I can’t recommend Hastings highly enough!

Owner Carol Longstreth is always very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable about the appliances and parts sold at Hastings. They can usually have the appliance delivered the same day or early the next day. It is great doing business with a locally owned company.

Amazing customer service!! We woke up to our refrigerator suddenly not working, it was only three years old. The warranty had already expired and we needed to replace it asap. I called Hastings and they quickly found me a replacement refrigerator. They called the delivery guys to see if they could come back to the store to pick it up and add it to their route. Within two hours we had a new refrigerator. The guys who delivered it were very professional as well. My husband and I will only buy our appliances from Hastings going forward.

We have purchased multiple appliances from Hastings Electric, most recently a deep freezer for our basement. We received great customer service, a no-pressure sales experience, and a great deal on our freezer! I’m thankful to have a home-town appliance store like Hastings that goes above and beyond for their customers.
